Yes! You can choose to cancel your SLP Elevate membership at any time, either immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle.
You can cancel your membership at any time by following these steps:
- Go to Profile → Payment → Billing tab.
- Click the three dots (⋯) next to your plan.
- Select Cancel.
You’ll have two options:
- Cancel at the end of your billing cycle:
- You’ll retain access until your current cycle ends.
- Download any needed resources before that date.
- After your subscription ends, you’ll lose access to all resources, trainings, the Facebook group, and the SLP Elevate Data Tool.
- Cancel immediately:
- Access to all materials and tools will end right away.
If you choose to cancel at the end of your billing cycle, you’ll continue to have full access to all resources, trainings, the Facebook group, and the SLP Elevate Data Tool until your subscription officially ends. We recommend downloading any resources you may want to keep before your cycle finishes.
If you choose to cancel immediately, your access to all SLP Elevate materials, trainings, and community spaces (including the Facebook group and Data Tool) will end right away.
For yearly members, partial refunds aren’t available. To make the most of your remaining access, we recommend canceling at the end of your billing cycle instead of immediately.
