MEMBERSHIP MANAGER WANTED!

 

Speech Time Fun, Inc is looking for a hard-working and creative MEMBERSHIP MANAGER who specializes in  community management, and creating and coordinating retention initiatives to better serve our membership members. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing outstanding community support and likes making data-driven decisions. If this sounds right up your alley,  this position is for you!

 

As our Membership Manager, you will be directly responsible for ensuring our members get positive results, the support they desire, and the supportive guide pushing them along among our community of SLP professionals. Your goal will be to ensure our customers feel heard and supported through the delivery of our valuable content.

 

This is a remote contractor position requiring approximately 20 hours of work per week with the potential to grow in the future.  $25/hour

Your Role at STF:

  • Creating the weekly ongoing communication schedule for our SLP Elevate Facebook Group Community to increase consumption and implementation of member content
  • Strategize, plan, and execute content and growth strategies in alignment with the brand, in conjunction with the CEO and team 
  • Improve customer retention and growth by researching and executing on retention strategies and analyzing results

  • Analytics: Constantly tracking and reporting community metrics to the CEO, making suggestions for improvement based on your findings in these reports
  • Engage with our audience in our Facebook Group. You are the go to person to make sure all questions are responded to, members feel seen and heard, and make sure member are utilizing the community to get the support they desire
  • Creative brainstorming w/the CEO on ways to create epic experiences for our community and membership
  • Participate in costumer support calls to help them along their journey and help them get results
  • Assist with customer service and help provide assistance to members to make sure they are getting amazing service

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • Use member feedback and data to support the community in their consumption and implementation of member content
  • To increase retention by researching and executing retention strategies and analyzing results 
  • To improve active member rates and participation in the community with creative ideas and engagement strategies
  • To take initiative and providing strategies & ideas to the CEO that will improve member results
  • Assist with customer service and respond to member support questions by helping them locate items in the membership or troubleshoot problems to get optimal results
 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience or understanding of working with a Facebook Group community required
  • Must have prior working experience in a customer support, customer service, or a community role
  • Is able to track and analyze qualitative and quantitative data metrics
  • Passion for building community and spreading positivity

  • Able to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
  • Detail oriented
  • Creative, thinks outside the box, and passionate about helping other SLPs succeed

  • Able to take initiative and provide new fresh ideas based on data and member needs
  • Knowledge of speech-language pathology or special education preferred but not required 

Hours and Compensation:

  • Expected 20 hours per week

  • Compensation is $25 per hour

  • This is a remote contractor position with the potential to grow in the future.
