GROWTH MANAGER WANTED!

 

Speech Time Fun, Inc is looking for a hard-working and creative GROWTH MANAGER who specializes in launches, funnels, and creating and coordinating marketing initiatives to grow our membership. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, creative, and willing try new things and likes making data-driven decisions. If this sounds right up your alley, this position is for you!

 

As our GROWTH MANAGER, you will be responsible for everything related to marketing and growth of our membership.  You will use your background and understanding of launches, funnels, and messaging to bring a new and fresh perspective to the organization.  You will work alongside the CEO to bring her vision to life.

 

The Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our membership program. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain members, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

 

This is a remote contractor position requiring approximately 20 hours of work per week with the potential to grow in the future.  $30/hour

Your Role at STF:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase membership acquisition and retention rates.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform growth initiatives.
  • Target Audience Identification: Define and refine target audience segments based on demographics, behaviors, and needs.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to drive member acquisition and engagement.
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize growth initiatives and campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Member Experience Enhancement: Work cross-functionally with other teams (such as product, customer support, and marketing) to enhance the overall member experience and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on key performance indicators, growth metrics, and progress towards goals.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of growth specialists, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure alignment with growth objectives and targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • Building evergreen funnels
  • Writing sales email and Facebook ad copy 
  • Managing and analyzing data and help strategize based on data
  • Executing launches, promotions, events
 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to collect and analyze marketing data
  • Ability to design a marketing plan and execute on it 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to write sales copy that converts
  • Creativity and willingness to bring new ideas and initiatives 
  • Eager to learn new skills and try new things 
  • Desire to help make a massive impact
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently. 
  • Knowledge of speech-language pathology or special education preferred but not required 

Hours and Compensation:

  • Expected 20 hours per week

  • Compensation is $30 per hour

  • This is a remote contractor position with the potential to grow in the future.
